As a member of the Board of Directors, Dr. Muse helps guide the Foundation's mission to empower individuals and families through education, wellness initiatives, and community partnerships. She is committed to creating opportunities that promote healthier lives, stronger families, and lasting positive change throughout the communities the Foundation serves.

Arnett Muse is an experienced IT leader with more than 18 years of experience in software development, application delivery, and technology leadership. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, delivered enterprise technology solutions, and driven digital transformation initiatives across multiple organizations. As Board Chair of The Muse Foundation, Arnett provides strategic direction and works to advance the Foundation's mission of empowering individuals and strengthening communities through education, health awareness, financial literacy, and community outreach. He is passionate about creating opportunities that help individuals and families build a brighter future while fostering meaningful partnerships that make a lasting impact.
Ashley N. Lacy

Ashley Lacy is a Memphis native and devoted mother of two, I am passionate about serving others and making a meaningful impact in my community. I graduated from high school with honors, a reflection of the strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to excellence that continue to guide me today. I believe my true calling is to serve others, and I strive to lead with compassion, integrity, and faith in every opportunity to support and uplift those around me.
Latishia D. Bowden
Treasurer
Latishia D. Bowden is a dedicated professional, community advocate, and proud Memphis native with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Organization Development from Bethel University. She brings extensive experience in operations, project coordination, human resources, and client relations, along with a strong foundation in leadership and organizational development. A licensed insurance producer since 2017, Latishia is passionate about serving others, empowering communities, and supporting meaningful initiatives. She is also the proud mother of two children and is committed to using her skills and experience to create lasting, positive impact.
